The Board of Directors of UNETE Foundation announces the nominations for the Doctor Honoris Causa in Human Rights, an honorary degree intended to distinguish individuals whose careers and contributions demonstrate an outstanding commitment to justice, the protection of human life, human dignity, and the defense of human rights.
The investiture ceremony will take place in November at the auditorium of the Center for Discovery and Innovation at Hackensack Meridian Health, in New Jersey.
The honorary degree will be conferred by the International Bar Association, the Universidad Instituto Socrático Americano, and the Colegiación Internacional de Abogados y Asociación Defensores de Derechos Humanos (CIADH), with the Orden de la Abogacía Colombiana (LA OAC) and the Universidad Privada de Trujillo, Peru, participating as honorary witnesses.
